Oh..the kitchens done..

Well for whatever reason I forgot to post final pictures of the kitchen. Everything is now in place, and we love it. The white sink wasn’t my idea but that’s a good thing, cause it looks pretty sharp where it is. It seems like a new house with it like this, and we have a ton of space. Floors are done!

Well we were gone for the weekend to Churchbridge and we came back hoping to find the floors all ready to move in. However it turned out they didnt look that well at all. We talked to the guy that told us how to do the floors. Turns out he neglected to tell us we need to put on a lot of product on the floors, so we once again sanded and put down another coat of varathane. This time I put it on pretty darned thick. Once we did that, the next day it looked like this.
We have since moved the furniture into the living room and I will be putting on the baseboards tonight. We are even contemplating sleeping there tonight! *gasp*
Window Trim!
Jun 24th
Thats right, we have window trim on all the windows. Looks good too. In the next few days we will have flooring in the kitchen, cabinets are on their way in right now, and the doors are in. Hoping the one door goes in right away, then the flooring will be complete. More pictures as they develop.
